We tried various other cars/SUVs over the years, but decided to look at Outbacks again as we had had such a good experience with them (in Idaho). We test drove both the Outback and the Forester as we were unsure of what we wanted. Steve provided useful pros and cons for both vehicles, and we did test drives in both. Ended up buying the Outback. Ted Li did a good job explaining the financing (0% who could complain?), and went over all other options regarding warranties, gap insurance, etc. We are happy with both fellows and the services they supplied.
