I was very hesitant to come to Subaru of Georgetown based on some of the other reviews out there on the internet about them. I was greeted by the front desk and was gotten a sales rep very quickly. Ethan was awesome, I told him I only wanted to test drive and had 0 intentions of buying a car that day. He was very kind about it and asked me what kind of car I was looking to test drive. We got into the car within 10 minutes of me walking in. Ethan was incredibly knowledgeable about Subarus, their features and what made them so safe. As soon as we got back to the dealership, Ethan was very kind and asked if I had questions or wanted to at least look at their deals. Long story short I walked out that day with a fair value on my trade-in, great customer service from Ethan, the manager on duty Michael, and the finance man Kris. They were all very nice, helpful, and cool. They made the car buying experience one of my favorites of all time. I highly recommend going and working with these guys if you can. More

Our experience with Subaru of Georgetown was wonderful. My wife & I were looking to trade in our 2020 Subaru Legacy, toward a 2024 Subaru Outback. We placed a "NEW BUILD" Outback on order this last July. My wife & I were looking to trade in our 2020 Subaru Legacy, toward a 2024 Subaru Outback. He was extremely helpful and responsive in getting us the exact vehicle we wanted. Over the last 2 months, he kept us up to date as to the progress and potential delivery date of the vehicle. We received a call last week, informing us the car had been delivered and was being prepped for pick-up. On Thursday, the wife and I proceeded to Subaru of Georgetown to complete the deal. Frank (sales) & Kristopher (finance) were wonderful in making the trade, purchase, and delivery of our Outback from the Legacy virtually seamless. All aspects of the deal were clearly explained & agreed upon in a fair & courteous manner. My wife & I are now the proud owners of the Outback and could not be happier. The buyer was highly allergic to dog hair and the car was full of it! The detailers removed it and made it so her allergies were not affected.
