I have used SOG sales and service since 2003. Never had any problems until just a few years ago. Since then, have had issues with work supposedly being done but finding out the next visit that it was not any problems until just a few years ago. Since then, have had issues with work supposedly being done but finding out the next visit that it was not done. Also, after recent 60K service, one cover under car actually fell off during driving. I had to get it replaced elsewhere, plus two little pins were lost when they replaced the air filter. I had to improvise to keep it in place. Just don't trust the mechanics anymore. Obvious that noone is checking behind them anymore. Staff is friendly and courteous enough, just not quality of mechanical work I'm used to here. More

Overall good and timely service at a reasonable cost. My only complaint is I Asked that they check a noise that has been annoying me since I purchased a vehicle.
