I went in with the intention of speaking to Eric Fritch at the recommendation of two fellow Subaru Ambassadors, but it was his day off. The sales rep who greeted me referred me to Liam Bennett. Went in and talked about the outcome I wanted to achieve, what the STi meant to me, and asked questions about how the process would go. Even though it is time consuming, it was the least stressful purchase I’ve made at a dealership. No pressure, no smarmy b.s., and an actual interest in what would be best for me as a customer, which goes a long way in customer retention. Tires and Loaner I went in to get pricing on tires and upcoming service for my Outback. Alyssa gave me 4 tire options from which to choose. I was planning on coming back to have the service performed and tires installed but Alyssa was able to immediately put me in a loaner so I was able to drive home. My car was ready for pick up the next morning. Easy!! More
