Elizabeth Puckett was great from start to finish, she is worm and friendly and never tried to push anything on us. She is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and works hard to help people find the right car for their needs. Charles Williams is so helpful in explaining all of the options on the fiance side in a clear and easy to understand way. He never tried to sell us anything but gave us a clear understanding of extended warranties, prepaid service plans, road side assistants and all of the options available. After much research, I decided on a Subaru Forester (due to Subaru's excellent reputation for safety, durability and reliability). Subaru of Gwinnett had several 2016 certified pre-owned Foresters available. I would like to commend the sales associate I dealt with (Jody). He was extremely courteous and professional. I got a good deal on the car I wanted and good trade in for my old car. Second Experience Just as Good - if not Better - than First Delighted to report on a second, outstanding encounter with Subaru of Gwinnett. Had a truck that was being woefully underutilized. My first notion was to see if Jennifer, Sebastian and Lance would be interested in exploring the possibility. Not only were they interested, but within 24 hours we solidified a deal to get me into a 2017 Forester. As with the Outback experience, the approach, attitude, professionalism and overall "working together" atmosphere made the transition as seamless as possible. Just when I thought these folks could not outdo themselves...they most certainly did. I could have opted for an SUV from a galaxy of non-Subaru dealers but the performance of the Outback, blended with the creative thinking and "priority is the customer" from Subaru of Gwinnett made this an easy decision.
