I had spoke with Sara a year ago when we first started thinking about buying a new SUV. fast forward a Year and she remembered us, and details, from a year earlier. We were looking for a 2016 Forester or demo because we did not think we could get new within our budget. Sara worked some kind of magic and we purchased/ordered a new 2017 Forester with more than we could imagine on it for less than our budget so we purchased an extended warranty because we drive many miles per year. The financing went smooth, felt no pressure to by extras or anything. I never thought that I would say that buying a car was a fun, pleasurable experience, But it Was. I came in wanting to test drive a car, and rather than the 15 minute wait for my sales representative to go find the keys and find the car, our representative Sebastian had someone else go get the car while she answered our questions. Plus, rather than just bringing one car at a time, they brought both cars I wanted to test drive, so I could hop out of one and into another. This may sound insignificant, but when you are test driving cars all day you don't want to stand around waiting. I highly recommend Subaru of Gwinnett, and Sebastian. More

My First Subaru I had been wanting a Subaru for quite a while so my wife and I decided to test drive some. We headed to Subaru of Gwinnet and met Sebastian. The first I had been wanting a Subaru for quite a while so my wife and I decided to test drive some. We headed to Subaru of Gwinnet and met Sebastian. The first thing we noticed is she did not talk about or show us a car she wanted to sell. She asked us what we needed a vehicle to do for us and how we were going to use it. We test drove two Outbacks, one 4 cylinder and one 6 cylinder. Besides providing directions, Sebastian was also telling us about features in the cars. At one point we pulled into an empty parking lot and she asked me to check out the turning radius, which was surprisingly tight for a vehicle of that size. In the end, we decided to buy the 6-cylinder Outback since we pull a trailer with kayaks and a canoe. The engine and transmission deliver a smooth and powerful ride. The all-wheel-drive really provides a much better ride than 2 wheel drive vehicles. It's just one of those things you have to experience to understand. The whole buying experience was great, from working with Sebastian who was so knowledgeable about the different models to the final purchasing process. They were very cooperative and patient as it took a few days for us get our down payment in place. We love our Subaru and recommend Sebastian and Subaru of Gwinnet. More
