Second Experience Just as Good - if not Better - than First Delighted to report on a second, outstanding encounter with Subaru of Gwinnett. Had a truck that was being woefully underutilized. My first notion was to see if Jennifer, Sebastian and Lance would be interested in exploring the possibility. Not only were they interested, but within 24 hours we solidified a deal to get me into a 2017 Forester. As with the Outback experience, the approach, attitude, professionalism and overall "working together" atmosphere made the transition as seamless as possible. Just when I thought these folks could not outdo themselves...they most certainly did. I could have opted for an SUV from a galaxy of non-Subaru dealers but the performance of the Outback, blended with the creative thinking and "priority is the customer" from Subaru of Gwinnett made this an easy decision. When you are on to a good thing you stay with it. Lance, Sebastian and Jennifer, you can be assured all of my car business going forward will be conducted with you. Highest recommendation! More

Great Service! Thought I needed an oil change when I scheduled the appointment. On the morning of the appointment I observed leakage in the hatchback door area, so a Thought I needed an oil change when I scheduled the appointment. On the morning of the appointment I observed leakage in the hatchback door area, so asked the to check that out. They checked the records and determined that it was not time for an oil change and got me a "loaner' to check for the water leak. Later that day they called with the answer and had replaced the centre brake light to fix it at no cost to me. The leak is fixed and I did not get an oil change that I did not need. More
Accommodating I ask Jim to reduce the time I had to spend at the dealership. He did that. Jim had to dealer trade for the car I wanted. I needed the car on Friday night for a trip I had scheduled for Saturday morning. He made it happen. I wanted a couple of accessories that were not in stock. Jim got them ordered called me when they came in, set up the service appointment and schedule me for a loaner vehicle for the time I requested. I'm impressed. It's hard to find customer service like that. More

Nelson was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in helping me to evaluate the car and make sure it was a good fit for me. My only criticism—which applies to all dealerships—is that when it got down to figuring out price, I was really turned off by the drawn out process of the salesman going back to get management approval for a lower price. This process made it feel like the dealership and I were working against each other, after we had spent so much time working together on evaluating the vehicle. I know that all dealerships do this—I just wish this part was different. Part of the reason service is so great at Subaru of Gwinnett is that they're selling a phenomenal product. You can really tell that Subaru is proud of their vehicles and isn't just trying to push lots of inventory or gimmicky sales schemes on you. When you know you're getting a great vehicle, the rest of the process is pretty straightforward. More
