Love the Service Department at SOG! Finished a long walk with my pup this morning and got back to my car and noticed a pretty sizable piece of metal sticking out of my tire. I couldn't tell if it was punctured or not but thought better safe than sorry so I took my Subaru to the closest Tire/Lube shop and had them look at the tire - my hope was they could plug it and send me on my way. The guy told me that it couldn't be plugged because of the location of the puncture and that I needed a new tire..he would try his best to get me one today but couldn't promise that it would be the same kind of tire. RED FLAG! I decided to listen to my intuition and took my car to Subaru of Gwinnett. Kyle was so nice and helpful (as always) and took my car right in to have it looked at. Twenty minutes later he comes back to tell me that the tire was totally fine, they removed the metal there was no damage to the tire at all. They checked my air pressure and then gave my car a complementary wash! Kyle rocks!! Thanks again SOG Service Dept! More

Best car buying experience I have ever had! I had to purchase a new car after a wreck that totaled my Nissan Rogue. I met with Elizabeth Puckett, who from our first meeting went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me that was within my budget. We test drove cars on two separate occasions and worked to narrow down the trim options. She found creative ways to get me the trims that I wanted, for less!!! Elizabeth really listened to what I wanted and asked the right questions. It was a completely different experience from all the other car dealers that I had previously visited. I purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester and I am super happy with my new car and the entire process. Above all, I highly recommend that you ask for Elizabeth. Very curious, friendly and professional! Saved my Labor Day weekend!! My 2015 Forester was acting weird today while I was at lunch so I stopped by the dealer so they could ride with me and see what was happening even tho My 2015 Forester was acting weird today while I was at lunch so I stopped by the dealer so they could ride with me and see what was happening even though they told me they didn't have any master techs working today. Shawn immediately felt the problem and said they would get me a loaner. I told him I was going out of town (state, actually) and he said he would see if they would make an exception to their "no out of state trips for loaners". He got it approved since my car was obviously not right, and I had plans for the Labor Day weekend. I was on my way in a 2016 Forester in under 30 minutes!! Wow! From Shawn to the rental guy to the greeter guy, everyone was so professional and friendly. No hassle. No arguments. Just here's your loaner, and we'll call you when we find out what's wrong with your car. FanTASTic job! You guys are the BEST!! More
