Superior Auto Buying Experience!! Built our "ideal" Subaru Forester via the TRUEcar website which then connected us with Subaru of Guinnett. They didn't have an exact match on site but, Lance Willhite, our (Superior) Sales Consultant, contacted an (out-of-state) Subaru dealership who had one scheduled for delivery, and was able to negotiate its transfer to Subaru of Guinnett.. Upon arriving at the dealership to pick up our new ride, we met with Lance (a very congenial individual!), inspected the vehicle, and then took it out for a short drive. Returning, we met again with Lance to complete the necessary paperwork. Everything was very straightforward! An attempt was never made to pressure us into purchasing a maintenance contract (a very BIG + in my book!), and his portion of the paperwork was completed in 15 minutes or less. We then met with Mike in Finance, to complete paperwork there (also quite friendly!). Again, this process took less than 15 minutes to complete. When finished, Lance brought us out to our new vehicle and provided detailed instructions on the location, functionality and operation of the standard controls as well as those of the options we had chosen ( Eyesight, GPS, Navigation). He even took the time to take us out on the road and demonstrate the Eyesight function (Super option, so glad we got it!). Overall, this was by far the best auto buying experience we've had (and I'm in my seventies and have had several!). Thank you Lance for making this a truly unique experience, with no price haggling and with no last minute surprises! Your super in our book! We look forward to purchasing from you again in the future. More

Jill and her team are honest, intelligent, friendly and knowledgeable. When my rear brakes were replaced a few weeks ago, I discovered that my emergency brake would no longer engage. I called Jill and she told me to bring it back in whenever I could. I did and they took care of adjusting it no problem. They do what they say they will do and in a timely manner. They go above and beyond every time to make sure I know everything about my car and what needs to be done and when. Jill, especially, always makes me feel like a family member, and that is why, when I get a new "used" car in a few months, I will come back to Subaru of Gwinnett, even though I could find a good car for less elsewhere. I trust SOG. SOG is incredibly lucky to have Jill, Mike, Harris, Willis, and Nelson on its' team. More

Not only did she find a way to get the right car, I believe the price on the car was good as I had manual tracked the average price over a six month period. She was spot on with the factory order forms & process because the car came in two weeks early! Once at the dealership: -She worked to get a better rate on then loan than my bank offered. -They gave me a good price for my trade-in. -They were very straightforward with the option to purchase an extended warranty. I had shopped some third party warranties and there were no surprises. It was a fair price. Elizabeth and the Subaru of Gwinnett team didn't appear to play a shell game with the products. She was always very responsive, competent and professional. I drove away with the car my family wanted and feeling good about the entire deal. More

After the visit, I DID NOT those demanding phone calls asking "Honey, how can we get you to get this car today", What a relief!! *Instead I received a kind email, making sure we made it home safely. This led into communications to order the Outback that *WE WANTED, not what they had on the lot. Lance went over each item we wanted on the car and *gave prices as we went along so I knew what the car was costing with each amenity. We then got to the partial financing WITHOUT Lance telling me how to SPEND MY MONEY*. I checked w at least 5 other dealerships, Lance was $1,000s less except for one - he put me on hold for minutes and came back with an agreeable and I didn't have to talk to "The Big Guy" (sales mgr) about making this deal work)**. Sale agreement was sent over and car was ordered*..done deal! I used to buy Fleet vehicles and this was easier than when I wasn't even spending my own money!* So, now we are up to 7 STARS and I am sure more are to come. Will keep you posted, but wish this site had a way to go back under same sign in. LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!! 400 miles round trip, worth every peaceful mile and it's mine for life!! More
