Driving into the service lane, I was quickly and readily accepted by my service advisor. While being escorted into the dealership, I saw that everything was pristine. I took my car in for service and through a series of unfortunate events (mostly supply chain related!), they had my car for almost 2 months! Thankfully, Richard and the Subaru of Gwinnett Team made sur unfortunate events (mostly supply chain related!), they had my car for almost 2 months! Thankfully, Richard and the Subaru of Gwinnett Team made sure I had a loaner vehicle, even driving one to me and picking up the other one from my home. It was the best service! More
