Not sure what the point of an appointment is. The only reason I went here was for the "convenience" of a fixed time. 2.5 hours for 4 tires with a scheduled drop off is unacceptable. have been 2 times for service. both times my car is messier than when i took it in. They always wipe down my dash with dirty rags. I asked them not to touch my wheels or tires after the previous visit. The previous visit before this they broke 2 of my lug's and I had to have another company replace the studs and I had to purchase a new set of lug nuts. They also left my battery cables loose after checking the battery causing a CEL. I will not be back. More
