The oil change and tire rotation were great. But not able to repair the A/C condenser because a rock or something went through the grill breather hole and hit the condenser. Pretty unfortunate. I had scheduled an appointment online for 10:00, was greeted at my car by a very pleasant service tech who took my name and returned shortly with my maintenance ticket. I had encountered an additional p greeted at my car by a very pleasant service tech who took my name and returned shortly with my maintenance ticket. I had encountered an additional problem when a rock struck my windshield. The service Tech was able to search out information and help me toward a resolution.
