I am always grateful for the courtesy, professionalism, and understanding the service staff showcase every time I come in! They are all exceptional! I would love to single out Issac Kone and Richard McCoy! and understanding the service staff showcase every time I come in! They are all exceptional! I would love to single out Issac Kone and Richard McCoy! Quite simply, Issac has always taken great care of my car/me, and is the reason I keep coming back. People were great facility good with plenty of spaced seating. Only problem was part had to be ordered. Hard to write 25 words . I always take my car to Subaru of Gwinnett for service. The customer service is top notch and they always stand by their work. When I purchased new tires there, they couldn’t get the tires balanced right. The customer service is top notch and they always stand by their work.
