For the first time, we had delays both on drop-off and pickup. On drop-off, an attendant took our key fob with them while looking for a service person to help. Once service people were on hand, the sear pickup. On drop-off, an attendant took our key fob with them while looking for a service person to help. Once service people were on hand, the search for the missing key fob was made. At pickup, there were not enough service folks on hand, and we were asked to wait while another car's check-in was completed. After 5-10 minutes Richard finished up with us and we were on our way (this was not Richard's fault as he appeared to be the only service person out there helping customers). More

The staff in Gwinnett are always courteous, friendly and professional. Kyle gave me a detail about my car's problem and sent me a text in a few days after service to check on my car is doing well. Gary was professional. Kyle gave me a detail about my car's problem and sent me a text in a few days after service to check on my car is doing well. Gary was willing to answer our concern and give me some option about lease end while I was waiting for my car in service, though I didn't have any appointment. Also Richard took care of my car before, which had eyesight problem. He called me everyday to update what my car was going on. I really appreciate for everything they've done. More
