Above and beyond I took my vehicle for service and after getting home I started having some issues with warning lights. I was told to bring the vehicle back but my cir I took my vehicle for service and after getting home I started having some issues with warning lights. I was told to bring the vehicle back but my circumstances didn’t allow me to return so Neil offered to have my vehicle picked up for service. A technician arrived Monday morning to my workplace and was able to resolve the problem. They had a loaner vehicle ready for me in case it could not be solved and he drove 2 hours to service my vehicle. I was very appreciative that they went above and beyond considering my situation and circumstances. More

Even though I had not bought my new Subaru Forrester Touring model from them, Neil Lebron in the service department treated me like I was his most imp Even though I had not bought my new Subaru Forrester Touring model from them, Neil Lebron in the service department treated me like I was his most important customer!! He graciously helped me identify the thud I was hearing in my car (a half filled Coke bottle under the seat because of my daughter) and when I asked about when to do the oil change he offered for them to do it right then! I couldn't believe he offered to do it without an appointment!! When it was done he informed me I had paid for 2 years of maintenance and the oil change was FREE/already paid for!!! I will definitely call Neil Lebron again when I need any kind of help with my Forrester!!! I told all of my friends about it and how much I LOVE my Subaru Forrester Touring model!! Thank You!! Great Place that Supports Teachers & Loves Dogs I brought my Forester in for an oil change and tire rotation only to find out that my tires were showing tread. (No rain, no sliding.) I was not expec I brought my Forester in for an oil change and tire rotation only to find out that my tires were showing tread. (No rain, no sliding.) I was not expecting this expense, so Taylor printed a variety of tire options for me and explained each one. I told her I was a teacher, and she helped me out. Thank you! I feel safer knowing I'm driving on better tires now. Oh, I had to take my dog with me, too. They gave him treats, petted him, gave him a toy to take home, and welcomed him with open arms. Great experience for both of us! More
