Displeased with wait Had an appointment for the first service on the vehicle at 12:00. Arrived at 11:45 and was told to put car in line. Fine. Next had to wait for the service person to come in and talk with me. Fine. Waited 2 hours. Finally got to leave at 2:00, after going to see if car was finished and we could go. I wouldn't mind the wait if I had just pulled in but being that I've had this appointment scheduled for six months, that is really unacceptable. More

Keys Lost by Service Department and Charge for Repair Order I brought my car in at 9:30 Monday for my scheduled appointment. They told me they were short mechanics, but I did not expect it to take until Thursd I brought my car in at 9:30 Monday for my scheduled appointment. They told me they were short mechanics, but I did not expect it to take until Thursday morning to get my car back. It was only after I called numerous times on Thursday morning (because I could not reach my service rep and the Service Department Manager did NOT call me back), that I learned from another service rep that the department had LOST the keys to my car! If someone had called me right away about my keys being lost, I WOULD HAVE BROUGHT THEM ANOTHER SET. Instead they re-keyed my car so that when I came to pick up my car on Thursday, I had to wait for them to adjust my other two sets of keys so I could drive my car. The final insult I did not discover until I got home and looked at the top of the second page of my bill. I was charged $32.68 for a "SHOP CHARGE FOR REPAIR ORDER". I think that is very CHEAP and GREEDY of Subaru to charge me for a Subaru part order. (Initially the department was also going to charge me for the new key they had to create after they lost my keys until I objected!) I've had my Subaru for 13 years and was planning to buy another in October. Not now! Subaru lost a long-time customer for $32.68! More
Nice dealership with staff members. I liked the most of the services we received, however, the traffic to the dealership was little too intense. The shuttle service was great with riding a new model of Subaru. We waited more than an hour after the staff told us that it will be done about 20-30 min and in addition to that, the service included the complimentary car wash but the car wasn’t anything clean inside out. Even though it was complimentary service, it was written in the service description but it didn’t happen after all. The car lost a tire air valve cap after the service is done. It would be great to know that it is done as it was supposed to be and not lose tiny parts of the car during the service. More

The original email said they could provide a loaner vehicle, and when I called the rep said the repair would only take a half hour. When I arrived, the greeter said it would take 45 minutes. I told her I needed to get back and could I get a loaner? She said that isn’t customary, to which I replied that wasn’t what was communicated to me. They took my car back and it was fixed fast; however, they put no plastic on the seat and the tech got grease all over the seat. I told the rep and she just looked at me. Then they scrambled to figure out if there was cleaner. Finally they took the car back to the upholstery person. They rectified it, but I was ticked. Subaru has gotten too big for its britches. More
