Overall Good Experience. Some improvement needed. Good experience in general. Polite staff and flexible schedule upon request. But I was not happy about the service received on the airbag recall. A Good experience in general. Polite staff and flexible schedule upon request. But I was not happy about the service received on the airbag recall. Apparently, it was not handled carefully or properly. There are quite obvious damages on the dashboard afterwards. I did not notice this in the first place because it is on the passenger side. As a dealer, the expert on this vehicle, it should’ve done better. More

Great communications and they had me out in an hour including an overall inspection of the car. I’ll definitely be back when additional services are needed. More

Few minor issues were taken care of and they really did listen to my issues and gave me solid answers about a couple of things that kept popping up. And, you get the car back clean... almost like driving a new model off the floor. Found that after the car was taken in by the reception people, the ball sort of got dropped. You're left standing around wondering when you'll hear about the car from the service advisor. I finally had to ask what the story was and got prompt attention. Never did get a text or call that the work was done so i had to hunt around to find out what was happening with the car. First guy i asked was sort of put out that i didn't know my service rep but did help. This part of the process need some buffing and polishing to bring it up to the standard of service you get from sales and the other people I've dealt with there. More

My 2013 Forester had a massive oil consumption issue. Came in to have a Consumption Test started and had dealing with I believe it was Shaun (? super curly hair dude LOL) and we had the test started. At the mile mark to return, I returned and had Dealings with Issa from then on. Turns out I needed a new short block. I was thinking, "Great, there goes 4k." and Issa informed me that it was covered under the Subaru extended Warranty. New engine at no charge to me? I'll take that. Was advised it would be anywhere from a week to a week and a half and I would be given a Loaner in the meantime. That's no big deal. Ended up being two weeks. I get it. The shop can get slammed, you probably don't do too many block swaps, plus I'm sure its an extremely tedious process. No fault to you what so ever. Got my car back and things have been smooth sailing since. Now let's see if I make it back to Colorado. Overall, had an amazing experience and loved dealing with Subaru of Gwinnett. Cheers, all! More

Not great but not terrible When I and checked in for my appointment I informed the attendant that I wanted the recall taken care of, as well as a problem with my ignition. At th When I and checked in for my appointment I informed the attendant that I wanted the recall taken care of, as well as a problem with my ignition. At that time he said the ignition was the recall problem. So I was pleased there wasn’t anything more I needed to worry about. However I am continuing to have problems with my ignition, which will need to be looked at, which is frustrating because I do not live near a Subaru dealership. I feel that the 30,000 maintenance is over priced. I do not feel that I will return for maintenance based on price alone. I did get a courtesy vehicle so I didn’t have to stay at the dealership while waiting for my service to be completed. Before leaving I told the lady helping me with my courtesy vehicle that I had an attachment on my back windshield wiper blade that needed to be removed prior to my vehicle being washed (knowing I that it would come off). Upon returning my attachment was missing, she had not informed anyone to take it off. It took serval attempts to get someone to help me retrieve it, and it felt like an inconvenience. I will say that I was alone with my toddler and I did get help when moving his car seat from car to car. More
