Very good Service but Crew fell short My Service Advisor, Essa, was EXCELLENT. The work was done as quickly as possible. However, the thick masking tape from the window replacement was lef My Service Advisor, Essa, was EXCELLENT. The work was done as quickly as possible. However, the thick masking tape from the window replacement was left all over my car. After removing the tape with great difficulty, I still have to take it to the car wash and pay extra to get the thick adhesive residue removed. More

Long time to have a Service Advisor speak with me Unfortunately, I had to approach a Service Advisor after 30 minutes or more of having dropped off the car with the liaison outside that told me a Serv Unfortunately, I had to approach a Service Advisor after 30 minutes or more of having dropped off the car with the liaison outside that told me a Service Advisor would briefly be with me. Waited patiently, then made myself visible around their desks, but no interest in finding out why I was there. Also, I was never called, so after 30 minutes or more of waiting I had to approach the Service Advisor myself that was sitting in a desk (other 2 Service Advisors were also sitting with no apparent interest in me. Waiting, in what I thought was QUIET area, was disturbing; kept getting interrupted with service personnel talking to other clients about their car; heard another client paid 50% less for same service I was receiving! :( :( 4. Random Service Person: I prefer to develop a relationship with someone who is helping me maintain the car--i.e. A Car Doctor! 5. Did not feel like a valued customer; service person tried to up-sell other services not really needed 6. Remitting for services awkward; desk was full of papers there was no place to sign 7. Receipt: POOR quality of print on receipt; asked for a readable copy; service person was annoyed 8. Dealership Amenities: only 1 snack in basket; CAR WASH was unacceptable--not the firs time; Contact me for pictures. 9. I travel 100 miles for service; not sure it is worth it anymore; seems dealership ownership, philosophy or manager has changed since I purchased my car. Very disappointing visit. More

I so enjoy driving in and seeing the smiling face of the intake person (Paige), meeting with my customer service rep (Kyle), and being treated so well. The problem was solved in short order and everything checked. Everything was explained and future service needs were explained. So enjoy coming to Gwinnett Subaru and being treated so well (and the coffee is good too!) More
