Quick and Pleasant Service for Warranty There is a known issue with the radio for the 2018 Outback, with many of the units dying in the first few months. Sure enough, this happened to me. There is a known issue with the radio for the 2018 Outback, with many of the units dying in the first few months. Sure enough, this happened to me. I took it in to verify, and they ordered a replacement unit for me. They told me it would come in the next week, which is much better than some of the stories online (some people waited months!). Sure enough, it came in a week later. They called me and set up an appointment for the next day. They told me to expect an hour to hour and half for the replacement, but I was done in less than 45 minutes. My only complaint is that I didn't have enough time to finish the work I had brought with me for the wait. More

AC compressor R & R Appointment and work done very efficiently. Loaner request fulfillment was a big bonus. They really take care of my 15 year old Outback like it was a relatively new car and appreciate how much my wife and I love our LL Bean Edition! More
