I think the are the ones who caused this because the knocking noise began the minute I drove off the lot after the new tires! So the dealership gave me a loner car while they repaired the axel! I went shopping! Upon my return I told one porter girl who was very sweet that I needed to transfer all my pkgs myself to my car when they pulled it up! I had breakables! While checking out I look around me and some other girl was throwing my pkgs on the side by the wall! I got really ticked and chewed her out! She never asked anyone for directions just started pulling out my bags and haphazardly throwing them to the side! My personal belongings! You have some great people working for you that have been there a long time but this girl is new and needs to be fired! This was the second lie I caught her in for the day as she tried to explain! First thing was that they gave me the loner car with a full tank of gas and I had to return it with a full tank! It was not a full tank and she lied! Subaru Gwinnett has had some others who took things upon themselves in the past with my previous vehicle and they damaged my engine where I had to buy a new car! Now this! You have lost our business for good! We love Subaru’s and will take our business elsewhere in the future! We will not be back! You just lost two devoted Subaru customers who were about to purchase new vehicles soon! My regular service person was Kyle but today some other new trainees took over! Not satisfied with the new guy! I think he got some kind of promotion because he’s been with the dealership for a while! I/we have no problem with Kyle Jill or Nelson but the others are a joke! More

Another great service experience Issa was great with giving me an accurate time table for my service, it was done in a timely fashion and the price was as expected. Oil change & tire rotation The good folks at Subaru of Gwinnett have been a pleasure to do business with. I purchased my Subaru Outback in October. Sara was my sales consultant and was very accommodating and courteous. I took my Subaru Outback in for an oil change and tire rotation a couple of days ago. This first oil change was complimentary which I appreciate of course. Kyle the service advisor was very courteous and knowledgeable. I do wish however, that Subaru of Gwinnett would offer an oil change package deal such as purchasing four oil changes & tire rotations and getting the fifth oil change and tire rotation free. Other dealerships in the Gwinnett area do offer a similar deal. Overall, five stars and recommend! More
