Both the Doc and Mr. Frittsch gave me individual attention and never rushed me; looked me straight in the eye when talking with me. They all explained things on a level I could understand. Each Service staff member I interacted with was outstanding. And I am happy Gwinnett has an excellent new Sales Manager. Very personable and easy to talk with. All in all, they gave me a better, more confident feeling about Gwinnett SUBARU. This was my first experience with this Service Department as I have a new car. More
