Good job with oil change, very bad with tires Oil change was just fine, quick and polite. No problem with that. The original tires on my Forrester Subaru are the worst tires I have every driven (I Oil change was just fine, quick and polite. No problem with that. The original tires on my Forrester Subaru are the worst tires I have every driven (I have been driving 35 years in many different conditions!). They pick up all the nails and also lose pressure for no reason. I have to air them up every 2 weeks or so. The service person and the sales person said "I'm sorry, call the 800 number" and that is it! Subaru has now changed the tires for the 2019 model, but is taking no corrective action for those of us that got stuck with very bad tires that cause lots of headaches. Even under warranty, they did not care. I like the vehicle, but not how they have responded to the crappy tires they chose. More

new vehicle service took care of a few issues the service department was awesome taking care of my concerns and keeping me updated along the way. Repair Maintenance done well, repairs done with new parts replacing recently installe dOEM parts pluss new. Had to return to service since indictor lights for brake, speed control, check engine, and stability came on. Hose not connected but they corrected. More
