Worth the drive I drove from Cherokee County to Subaru of Gwinnett for my first service. At first I considered going to a closer location but because I purchased my S I drove from Cherokee County to Subaru of Gwinnett for my first service. At first I considered going to a closer location but because I purchased my SueBee from Gwinnett I thought, why not. I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the experience was for me from start to finish. I set the appointment up online, received friendly reminders, and they knew who I was when I arrived. I brought a book and prepared to camp out in the service lounge but it didn't take as long as I had expected. Thirty to 45 minutes later my service rep fetched me. As a nice surprise they cleaned her up too - made the outside shiny and vacuumed the floor mats. WOW. That was totally unexpected. I'll be honest I am going to try the closer location the next time to compare experiences... but would not hesitate to drive the distance again. Bravo! More
Best Subaru service in Atlanta I live very close to a Subaru dealer but prefer to drive 50 miles round trip to go to Subaru of Gwinnett to get my Legacy 3.6 R serviced. Subaru of Gwinnett treats each customer like they are the only customer there that day...courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, prompt and kind. The actual service on my and my husband's WRX has been outstanding. Kyle was my service advisor this time and I truly cannot say enough nice things about him. I am grateful to have Subaru of Gwinnett where I service our cars. THANK YOU! More

My experience yesterday was more complicated. I had several not too helpful reaponses from women who answered your phones and didn't know answers, but those calls were followed by dealing with JEFF in your service dept. He encouraged me to being the car right in, had looked up my info before I got there, and met me in the lot. He assured me that he could manage the service in the limited time I had -- and he did so. He was positive and upbeat and really saved the day for me. He is also a wonderful asset to your company. More
