I waited on-premise for the service to be completed and the waiting room was clean, comfortable and with complimentary wi-fi and refreshments. I was informed of the work to be done and its progress. The service representative told me that the car battery was weak and that it will be replaced at no charge as part of the Subaru warranty. The car was washed and clean when returned to me.
