The greeter listened to my wife's concern about the clock on her Subaru and he quickly adjusted the time for us. The service advisor then promptly greeted us with much courtesy. He made sure that everything we needed was given to the technicians and was more that glad to get us a 2018 Outback as a loaner. When we got back the car was washed and ready for pick-up a half hour earlier than expected. It doesn't get better than that! More

Exceptional Service Department My Outback was towed and arrived at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. Knowing that the Service Department closed at 4pm I expected to receive a loaner car My Outback was towed and arrived at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. Knowing that the Service Department closed at 4pm I expected to receive a loaner car and return the following week after repairs. Much to my surprise and delight my car was immediately taken into a service bay. Within 15 minutes the service advisor informed me that the problem had been found. He said if I had time to wait they would begin repairs and have car ready in approximately 30 to 45 minutes. This service department is beyond compare. Car was repaired and returned to me with a complimentary wash job. All this covered under warranty resulting in no charges. Subaru of Gwinnett exemplifies the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!! More
