I was very pleased with the service I received from the Subaru of Gwinnett dealership back in early April. The service representative, Issa Kone', was very courteous, thorough and efficient and kept me informed of the status of repairs for our vehicle. I also VERY much appreciated him providing me with the phone # for Subaru America's Customer Advocacy Dept. to contact regarding the 3 oil leaks discovered in our 2015 Outback at only 66,000 miles. The new facility is VERY nice and a comfortable place to hang out while having one's vehicle serviced. More

As with all my previous visits, the staff and service were awesome! My concern was addressed and questions answered. Fees involved were also verified before any service was done In addition, my service were awesome! My concern was addressed and questions answered.
