The new building is a major upgrade and with an already fantastic customer service team, this recent visit was the best yet. Everyone was helpful and friendly as always from start to finish. Great customer service. original review: I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. was charged for both, but on my invoice, there is a note saying my tires were not rotated, due to low tread. I called twice in an attempt to speak with someone about getting refunded, and no one has answered or attempted to contact me about my unsatisfactory service. Very disappointed with this since this dealer was better than the one I originally went to in Kennesaw. More
