The physical plant is brand new and very clean. However, I felt a bit like a cog in a wheel. They said they would get back to me after a certain time and did not. I had to chase them down a half hour later and twice was told the car needed to be washed. What a coincidence, or was it just that the routine maintenance had long been done? All the items on the check list were not completed, and when I brought that up, there was no response. However, it is a very new facility and that is nice. More
New facility is beautiful and staff is very attentive. My only issue is the waiting room chairs are awfully uncomfortable. I only had to wait an hour and a half and my back was really hurting. Would seem that in an area where it is expected customers wait the chairs would be semi comfortable. All the expense of that beautiful facility you would think you could have done better. That aside service is awesome and I love my outback. More

Subaru provides good service and evaluates what needs to be done and lets you decide what to proceed with by letting you know what is critical. Very disappointed in my oil change appointment that was over 3.5 hours. WAY TOO LONG to have your oil changed. I was told the car would be washed too, it wasn't washed. I had an appointment at 1pm. Had an appointment for 3:30 one Thursday afternoon, arrived there about 3:15. I was told there was about a hour and a half wait and said that was fine. They showed me around the new waiting area then w arrived there about 3:15. I was told there was about a hour and a half wait and said that was fine. They showed me around the new waiting area then went on their way. 5:00 rolls around & and haven't heard anything so I go and ask what the status of my car was. After a very concerning look and some phone calls I was told that my paperwork had never been submitted. They ended up giving me a loaner and told me they would deliver my car the next day. Well after the inspection the following day they found out I had a oil pan leak and that they would cover the warranty cost for me to get it fixed, which was nice. However, after that conversation I was the one that had to keep reaching out about the status of my car to get updates. On one of those phone calls I was told "why are you so obsessed with your car? Don't you like the loaner?" The problem was I hadn't planned to be without my car for over a week so didn't have my house/work keys or my child's car seat which really throws things off. More
