Un - Happy at First, Absolutely Pleased After!!!! I recently purchased two cars from Sean Lee at Subaru of Jacksonville on Atlantic Blvd. One is absolutely perfect and my wife loves it. The second is I recently purchased two cars from Sean Lee at Subaru of Jacksonville on Atlantic Blvd. One is absolutely perfect and my wife loves it. The second is a Subaru Outback which HAD two issues. The first was a horrible dog smell which I only found after the cover scent from the detailers wore off. The second more major problem was that the car was going to need the timing belt replaced within 3,000 miles from the time that I purchased the vehicle. I wasn't pleased about either and went back to discuss it with the dealership. I wasn't expecting much from the dealership when I went to discuss theses two issues. Sean wasn't there the day I brought the car back in and I actually met with both the general manager and the new car manager. They were very nice and professional and listened to me and said we will take care of it. They gave me a new loaner to drive which I loved and wasn't expecting. They took my car apart, cleaned it, changed the cabin air filter and REPLACED the timing belt and even offered to reimburse me for the cost of the Odor Doctor who tried VERY hard to remove the smell. I picked my car up today and spoke with Sean, who was very helpful and sorry about the inconvenience, and the managers who couldn't have been nicer or more professional. This was WAY above normal customer service and they now have a SUBARU customer for life! Joseph Jumber More

The employees are some of the most friendly and generous people i have ever come across. Jerry Johnson did a fantastic job in pointing us in the right direction of what we were looking for. Phil Porter kept the paperwork simple and fast, which was greatly appreciated. Josh Strickland went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our customer service and ended up helping us find the perfect car for me, a car that i never thought i would be able to have! I went back after the sale to have racks put on the roof, the service department was busy so Juan and five other members of the sales staff stepped up to work as a team to get the racks installed in a timely manner on a day that was convenient for my schedule. Then to top off my experience, David Moore, a Subaru ambassador, gave me a nice Subaru goody bag. I will be returning to the dealership this summer to buy another car. Great experience.
