Excellent Service Encounter I came into the service area at 5:20 pm thinking they were open until 6 pm instead of 5:30. I walked in and Josh greeted me. I explained to him that I I came into the service area at 5:20 pm thinking they were open until 6 pm instead of 5:30. I walked in and Josh greeted me. I explained to him that I had what I thought was a leak in my tire. I apologized for coming in so late and told them if they couldn't take a look at it today, I would try to come back in the morning. Without hesitation, Mike came out of a back room and said he would take a look at it for me. He looked at it and Josh came out to tell me that there was a nail in my tire and Mike was patching it for me. In the meantime he chatted a bit with me and was extremely pleasant throughout the whole encounter. Mike patched my tire and I was done in less than 25 minutes. I can't say enough about these two extraordinary employees. I am pregnant (due 4 days from my visit) and they could see my concern with driving on a potentially dangerous tire. They were both very kind and gracious and never made me feel as though I was putting them out. I have always had excellent experiences with the service department and would never consider taking my business elsewhere, especially after this most recent encounter. More
