Had another great experience getting my Subaru serviced last Friday. Despite the service department being much busier than I have seen previously they were still able to get my car taken care of in less than the time initially quoted.

Always a fast pleasant experience with this dealership. The service department is always friendly. I showed up closing with a nail in my tire and frantic, they fixed my tire w/out hesitation. Max Talbert is very pleasant and helpful!!!

Utilized the dealership’s “Express service” today for an oil change and met with Max. He was super helpful! He answered any questions I had. Everytime I visit this dealership I am greeted with a smile and great service. This is my favorite dealership in Jacksonville!

"Service Department - wonderful service and great technicians"

Love that I can take my Forrester in for a regular oil change without scheduling an appointment. It usually takes under an hour, plus my car is washed for free! The waiting area is always clean and is stocked with refreshments while you wait. Every person that I met smiled, said hello and asked if everything was being taken care of. The service department always has time to answer all my questions and address any concerns immediately. This time I met with Mike McCormack to talk about the extended warranty for my Forrester. He explained all the options clearly and helped me choose the right plan for me. Love this dealership, everyone takes the time to make sure you are satisfied and happy with either your purchase or service.

"My service visit"

I had service today on my 2016 Subaru Outback because of a faulty battery. I was upset because my car did not start on two separate days. I saw assistant service manager Steven Wall. I want to commend Steven because he took the time to explain the situation to us and said he would be able to fix the problem. Steven was knowledgrable, courteous and personable. He reassured me several times the problem would be resolved and it was. Steven is a great asset and representative of your company, We told him we were concerned about leasing a 2019 Forester because of the battery issue and he assured me that the problem was resolved and now because of Steven we will be visiting Subaru of Jacksonville shortly to speak to our great salesman, Juan Hernandez.
