What a great experience! Went to another dealer first... Never again. The other dealer hady vehicle over a week and couldn't fix it and quoted me $7k just to change a part to Went to another dealer first... Never again. After I purchased my car and 2019, I visited three different dealers trying to find a good service center. I finally ended up at Subaru Of Jacksonville and Mike in the service department. Mike is the different dealers trying to find a good service center. I finally ended up at Subaru Of Jacksonville and Mike in the service department. Mike is the primary reason I’m still driving this car and I drive an hour to get it serviced. As far as I’m concerned, Mike is Subaru Of Jacksonville. He takes care of me and he takes care of my car.
