"Professional, Polite, and Friendly Quality Service"

This is the only dealership that has worked on my car since it was new. The staff is always friendly, professional, courteous, and accommodating. I live in another state and try to time my service visits with other activities in the local area. This dealership seems to understand that and has always managed to get me in and out of the dealership in a timely manner, with all work completed as planned. They take the extra time to explain everything they have done, what will need to be done in the future, and everything else about my vehicle I need to know. Look forward to a long service life for my vehicle and with this dealership.

"Convenient and Efficient "

Arrived for Express Service (1-9-19 around 11AM)Greeted by new employee unfortunately I did not get his name. I was parked in the wrong area and he went out of his way to assist us and to explain what to expect when requesting Express Service. He was very polite and professional. Wyatt was the Service Advisor and provided us with a comprehensive review of our visit going over in detail our Multi-Point Inspection and answering any questions I had. All work was done in a timely fashion and as promised.

I even learn something while I was there, he showed me the current conditions of my tires and brake pads and what they should look like in the future with wear and tear. "Great service and attention to detail"

I brought my Outback to Subaru of Jacksonville for an oil change and was very impressed with the service and speed of the staff. The cost of the oil change was very reasonable and the inspection of my car was very thorough. They even gave my car a courtesy wash and vacuum. Service Representative Wyatt Cotton went out of his way to help. I will certainly return for service and oil changes in the future. This is how you create loyal customers!

"Above and Beyond "

Once again, Subaru of Jacksonville has exceeded my expectations! When I recently brought my 2015 Subaru Legacy in because of a strange noise my service representative, Jennifer Becker, came in on her day off to drive my car to help identify the unknown source of the nearly indescribable sound. She worked with the mechanic on a hypothesis that proved to be correct. Best of all, she made sure the warranty covered the cost of replacing my defective wheel bearings and that I owed nothing! When it's time to buy a new vehicle for my wife, we'll definitely be going to Subaru of Jacksonville!
