Long story short, there are always setbacks due to shipping, changes in procedure, internal communications, etc. before finally getting to a satisfactory completion. My service advisor was (and is) Jennifer Becker, who handled every detail in an honest & professional manner. While I'm sure there are other special personnel in this companies "family", she represents what a service company needs in attitude & positivity from the "face of Subaru of Jacksonville" that we see. To my surprise, they changed my oil, rotated my tires, and washed my car within 45 minutes. Their quick service enabled me to tackle everything else on my 'to do' list for the day. More
