Service and Parts Department is Exceptional!! I bought my 2011 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Jacksonville and will always buy from them! I was so impressed by my Subaru and the dealership that I I bought my 2011 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Jacksonville and will always buy from them! I was so impressed by my Subaru and the dealership that I convinced my husband to buy a Subaru last year. We are a Subaru family! Every aspect of the dealership is top notch from the sales staff, to the financial consultant and finally the service department. I went in yesterday due to an issue with my window not closing, the service staff fit me in even though they were booked. Josh was outstanding!! Subaru of Jacksonville has a customer for life. More

Excellent service department We’ve beeb getting our 2011 Subaru Legacy serviced here for almost 3 years. Every single time we have been treated courteously, given a comfortable pl We’ve beeb getting our 2011 Subaru Legacy serviced here for almost 3 years. Every single time we have been treated courteously, given a comfortable place to wait and received excellent service. One time required a full day because of both a complete tuneup and warranty recall repair and we were given a loaner vehicle to take overnight, as we live in St. Augustine, which is a 45 minute drive from them. Another time, because or repair was going to take about 2 hours, they gave us a loaner car so we could go to breakfast and get a little shopping in rather than wait at the dealership. A couple of days ago, we noticed a low tire pressure light on our dashboard as we drove north to a doctors appointment. We called from the car, and were told to come right in to an express lane, no appointment needed. We actually went into the wrong lane by accident, but were told not to worry, and a nice man named Sterling Chandler helped us on the spot by checking the tire pressure and filling all the tires to required levels and using the computer to turn the warning light off. A small thing, but it meant a lot to us, particularly because you can’t turn those warning lights off. All done with a smile. Mr. Chandler seems to us to be the kind of employee we would all want to do business with. More
Jennifer Saved the Day On my lunch break, I stopped at a gas station on Atlantic to put air in my tires. The machine was out of order, but the gas station failed to put up a sign indicating this. The machine actually took air OUT of my tires leaving me with 16 and 25 on tires that are supposed to be filled to 36. I thought I was going to faint I was so upset. I saw the Subaru dealership across the street and drove there carefully praying they could help me. I drive a Jeep and I am not a customer of theirs-they had no reason to assist me. When I pulled up and explained my situation, Jennifer M. was so kind and sweet and said that yes, they could absolutely help me. She directed me to the guest area and within 10 minutes, I had my Jeep back and my tires perfectly filled. I am so grateful and impressed with their customer service. Far better than the desultory customer service I receive at the Jeep Dodge dealership that I purchased my vehicle from. Jennifer was my savior today and I appreciate the kind and professional attitude that was given to me. More
