Today, Wyatt This Subaru dealership has the best service department that I have ever experienced. I've used this service department for many years. Today, Wyatt Cotton, the service advisor, met me as I drove my car in the service area. He was very professional and respectful. My car was finished in record time with all service requests completed. Kevin McCarthy also assisted me with a few questions I had in addition to the service I was completing. Jennifer Becker and Juan Hernandez helped me with an audio troubleshooting issue. Jennifer did what she could and then had Juan help too. He quickly made the needed adjustments to my Bluetooth connection and explained what he did so I would have the information should I have a Bluetooth/phone issue in the future. I call Juan the audio/tech guru! I chose to wait for my car. The dealership provides a comfortable and clean waiting area with drinks and refreshments available. Every employee who passed through the waiting area nodded with a smile or verbally greeted those waiting. This is an overall great dealership! More

First Subaru First visit I felt I had an issue with my clutch, so I made an appoint ment with Kevin. 1st Oil Change Maybe I was expecting too much from your service Department. Everyone seemed to busy to listen to my concerns. I tried to tell the greeter that I had a recall and was concerned about the hand holder on the passagners side. He rushed me to the receptionist to make an appointment with her for the recall. I was told by her that I could not make an appointment because Suburu did not know if the recall and she just learned about it on Fox News. I was told don’t worry about it until you receive a letter in the mail. Then why was the recall on my Suburu App? I feel that if I knew about a recall then your dealership should also. I still have not received anything in the mail x 2 weeks. I also ask her to tell the technicians about the holder and she said no problem I will do it right now. When going over the oil change inspection ask the technician about the hand holder and he was clueless. No one told him.. as I tried to tell him and the receptionist but the both did not listen. So, I was told to wait again which took about an hour. Just did not like the feeling that none of your employees would listen to my concerns. I also feel if there is a recall on my new car then your dealership should be aware and know about it. I still feel that the receptionist blew me off. I hope I do not feel this way every time I have to come in for service. I chose an outback and I don’t want to be sorry that I did because your team of technicians does not care More
