Not only did they take care of the problem, but they also did so in a timely manner and I left with a new warranty for the battery. More
Summary of two recent visits I always have had a pleasant experience with the service department. Saying this., the last two visits involved an oversight and a major mix up in veh I always have had a pleasant experience with the service department. Saying this., the last two visits involved an oversight and a major mix up in vehicle service. The first visit involved the replacing of four tires of my vehicle. I had called ahead to arrange and also wanted an oil change. This was requested verbally when I made my appointment as well as the morning of my arrival. Upon returning home I noted there had been no oil change. Since I live 45 minutes away from the dealership, this was a disappointment, nothing major, but was disappointing. The second visit, to get my overlooked oil change, involved an event that I would consider of concern if I was managing the department. When servicing my car, a spokesperson for the department told me my back brakes needed replacing. I was a bit surprised since I had my tires replaced two weeks before and thought they would have noted this at that visit. Well, I said go ahead and they kept me posted as the work was supposedly done that same morning. After an hour and 30 minute wait, I saw my car parked where they park cars that are finished being maintenanced, but no salesman came to get me. I waited 30 minutes and finally walked to the service desk. Apparently, there was a mixup. There was another customer waiting with a last name that was the same as mine Except for the first letter- his Cooper and mine Hooper. Apparently my car was not the one needing the brake job. It was Mr Cooper’s! Soooooo, it ended up I gave permission to redo Mr. Cooper’s back brakes and he knew nothing of the repair being needed and I waited 1 1/2 hours for a brake job that was never needed. I believe they comped Mr Cooper’s $300 dollar brake job since he did not give permission to do it and knew nothing about it until they were completed. This will not influence my future visits nor buying a new Subaru when I’m ready. Just letting you know as requested by your survey. Thanks. More

Quick and Efficient Service This Subaru dealership has the best service department that I have ever experienced. I've used this service department for many years. Today, Wyatt This Subaru dealership has the best service department that I have ever experienced. I've used this service department for many years. Today, Wyatt Cotton, the service advisor, met me as I drove my car in the service area. He was very professional and respectful. My car was finished in record time with all service requests completed. Kevin McCarthy also assisted me with a few questions I had in addition to the service I was completing. Jennifer Becker and Juan Hernandez helped me with an audio troubleshooting issue. Jennifer did what she could and then had Juan help too. He quickly made the needed adjustments to my Bluetooth connection and explained what he did so I would have the information should I have a Bluetooth/phone issue in the future. I call Juan the audio/tech guru! I chose to wait for my car. The dealership provides a comfortable and clean waiting area with drinks and refreshments available. Every employee who passed through the waiting area nodded with a smile or verbally greeted those waiting. This is an overall great dealership! More
