I knew my 2016 Forester, which I love, was due for the 30,000 mile service so I was concerned that the I would be pressured in to paying for that, but all the service tech who checked me in did was mention it to me and when I said I was not interested in having that done he just said that is fine and that he just wanted to inform me of it. When I asked him how much a car wash was he said it was complimentary. After about 15 minutes in a service tech came in the waiting room, and like most people at a car dealership, I assumed he was either going to tell me I needed additional work done, or try to see me something. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have him tell me that my battery checked out bad, and that they were going to install a new one at no cost because it was under warrantee. Even with the additional work that was performed, I was driving off the lot well within the time I was told it would take. This was not an isolated incident either. A few months ago I had a tire get a nail in it that I was told by a tire company tell me could not be repaired because it was in the side of the tire. I was told by them that I had to replace all 4 tires because of the All Wheel Drive on the Subaru. When I called your service department I was told that might not be the case, and that I should bring it in and let them check the depth of the tread. Not only did that advice save me from buying 4 new tires, the cost of the tire at Subaru Of Jacksonville was $50 less for the one new tire I need to replace. I had decided when my two year bumper to bumper warrantee ran out I would have my boil changed somewhere else because I thought it would be cheaper, and I( live at the beach, but in addition to all of this I was sent a coupon in an email for $20 off on my next service which they gladly accepted as well. More

They honor their appointments...are thorough in their explanation of service recommendations without being pushy or overly aggressive....well mannered/professional staff who really know their cars well... comfortable-enough waiting area... While I hope I don't have to buy another car too soon, I will definitely include them in my shopping process. More
Most caring personal service I have purchased and driven two Subaru Foresters since 2004. Due to the great service I received, the first one had 160,000 miles on it when I gave it I have purchased and driven two Subaru Foresters since 2004. Due to the great service I received, the first one had 160,000 miles on it when I gave it to my daughter. My current Forester has 174,000 miles on it and runs great. The service center is friendly and helpful and convenient. As an older widow I appreciate their care and good advice. More

Fabulous Service When starting our Outback it seemed to be turning over slowly, so I visited Subaru of Jacksonville's service department. After a quick test, Steven Wa When starting our Outback it seemed to be turning over slowly, so I visited Subaru of Jacksonville's service department. After a quick test, Steven Wall had my car moved into the building and the battery was replaced under warranty. He went the extra mile and had a software update performed that will charge the battery more effectively in the future. Bravo! Love my Subaru and am a committed customer of SOJAX! More

Check Engine/Battery Issues This was my second visit to Subaru of Jacksonville (1st was for 42k oil change).This Subaru service center made it easy to schedule an appointment and This was my second visit to Subaru of Jacksonville (1st was for 42k oil change).This Subaru service center made it easy to schedule an appointment and they have transportation available if needed. My '15 Outback needed service (CEI & battery problems) and within 2 hours we were all fixed up and back on the road at no expense. I purchased the car from out of state but if the sales experience is as good as the service then this dealer deserves top recognition. More

Because I dropped off my car, went next door to Dick’s Wings, can eagerly recommend the mango habanero wings, came back, and sat outside on your patio reading until my car was done. And now it works.
