Gone is the finance manager who literally is forced to come talk to you and essentially push you in car. It makes the atmosphere around the transition seem weird. This was also a unique situation where I was in a horrible accident and just wanted a safe car to get me to and from where I need to go. Coco and his team all worked together to get me at a price I could afford and accommodated me beyond measure. Even helping me return my rental car. I’ve worked in customer service for 6 years and they embody that Nordstrom culture that keeps the customer coming back. Our First Subaru My wife and I were looking for a new family vehicle for travel and daily use. We were looking for a mid-size, rugged, safe and dependable SUV from a reputable company. After talking with a number of friends that owned Subaru's, we decided to start there. We met with Coco at Subaru of Las Vegas and he was knowledgeable and very accommodating. He allowed us to look at and drive both the Forester and the Outback with the help of Roberto, (who was great as well). We loved the idea of 4 wheel drive as well as the creature comforts and technology afforded by the 2019 Outback. The stress free pricing eliminated the haggling exercise and financing was a breeze. The process was pretty painless and everyone that helped us was courteous and professional. We've had the car for a couple weeks now and after taking a 1,000 mile trip with it, we're very happy with its performance. It is not only comfortable and safe but the ride is extremely smooth. The transmission is amazing and does not shift like a typical vehicle, in fact we've yet to feel it shift. It is continuously adapting to hills and terrain seamlessly. You feel connected to the road at all times regardless of conditions. We're looking forward to new adventures in our Outback and great service from Coco and the team at Subaru of Las Vegas. More
