Subaru of Las Vegas

We’ve purchased two Subarus in the past, but my youngest daughter wanted to go to Honda and Toyota before heading to Subaru. Despite my asking the other car dealers’ sales persons to direct their discussion daughter wanted to go to Honda and Toyota before heading to Subaru. Despite my asking the other car dealers’ sales persons to direct their discussions and questions to my daughter, they continued to speak directly to me and pressed us to buy their vehicles without seeing other cars to compare. Those were disappointing interactions. She then asked that we go to Subaru where we were greeted by Edwin. The experience was incredibly POSITIVE as he thoughtfully discussed all the safety features with my teenage daughter. He answered all of her questions and was extremely thorough and amiable. She was so impressed with Edwin and the Subaru Crosstrek, she said, “This is where I want to buy my first car!”. Thanks so much to Edwin, Subaru and their amazing staff. You have this teenage father‘s heartfelt thanks for my daughter‘s FIRST car buying experience. As an aside, she mentioned that for her next car she is going straight to Edwin Chang.
