I had a 2018 Subaru Impreza that I traded in 2022 with just over 12,000 miles. I only got $14,000. I feel I could have received at least $20,000. The salesperson told me that it was over mileage, but th just over 12,000 miles. I only got $14,000. I feel I could have received at least $20,000. The salesperson told me that it was over mileage, but this isn't true because I was averaging 3000 miles per year. I was told that I was locked in a deal. This salesperson said whatever he had to say to cheat me on this deal. This was all done after one of the salesmen asked my friend if I was "special," meaning slow. Sometime after the deal was done, I was very, very hurt. My friends kept telling me that I was cheated. I will never go to this dealership again. These people are awful. More

The two male staff in this store were extremely rude and non-professional with the intention to humiliate customers. They forced the customer to give a price for the trade-in car and then teased/humiliated non-professional with the intention to humiliate customers. I have been a loyal customer for Subaru for decades and have never experienced this in any other Subaru stores in the past. I feel so bad for the owner of this store and feel ashamed of Subaru Brand. With this terrible and humiliating experience, I will never ever recommend anyone to this store. I can not believe they can do business this way!!!!! God blessed! More
