Every time I have used the service center I have had to wait for hours no matter what I'm there for. This last time they did a bad job patching my tire and it still went flat I called one supervisor four f wait for hours no matter what I'm there for. This last time they did a bad job patching my tire and it still went flat I called one supervisor four five times and she never got back to me and then I spoke to Tom and at first he was helpful. I explained that a tool was left under my hood and that the tire was going flat and that because no one got back to me I had to purchase a new tire. At first Tom was helpful and I gave him all of the receipts and all of the photos to prove what I was saying. As of now I have emailed him four times and left messages on his phone and he has refused to get back to me. This is really poor customer service especially because I didn't do anything wrong. It was a service center who did a bad job fixing my tire. Don't waste your time and money on this place, find a place you trust. More

I just had a great experience buying a preowned outback from this dealership.. My salesperson, Bob, went out of his was to show all of the ins and outs of my new car. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very easy to work with. I’ve been to about 15 dealerships in the past week and this one just had the best vibe. It was also the only dealership that I visited at which all employees wore masks indoors… that meant a lot to me. It shows a level of respect for customers / guests that I didn’t really see elsewhere. Things like that matter to people like myself who are caring for someone with cancer at home. I’m happy with my “new” car and grateful for a easy buying experience.. More

My family is a long time customer of Subaru of Morristown but when I went in to buy my first car, I had a horrible experience. Buyer beware.
