Although I was very pleased with the salesman Justin Fletty, I believe there are some serious communications problems between management and finance. I agreed with Joe on an out-the-door price and, aft Fletty, I believe there are some serious communications problems between management and finance. I agreed with Joe on an out-the-door price and, after signing multiple documents, I found that I was charged over $2,800.00 more than agreed to. They did correct the problem which required me to revisit the dealership the very next day. The other thing that bothers me is the finance rate of 6.79%; I "thought" Joe had told me the percentage was 2.9% as I have an excellent credit rating. I plan to pay the financed portion off fairly quickly but, the point is, there seems to be some communications problems within the Sales Dept. Lastly, I asked Joe if there were any deals coming up for Memorial Day and he said "we have deals everyday." The next day I received an email saying $1,000 more for trade-ins or $250 gas card for vehicles purchased between 05/20/2026-06/03/2026. I understand it is too late for the $1,000 more for trade-in but I believe I qualify for the $250 gas card. I've emailed customer service and the Sales Dept and have yet to receive any response. I thought this dealership prided itself on making everyone feel like they are part of a family. Unfortunately, I believe they have a way to go to achieve that goal. Despite the lack of coordination, etc., I am enjoying my new Subaru Forester so far. BTW: I came to the dealership to possibly purchase a 2022 Lexus 350. I called right before coming to the dealership and spoke with Chris (I believe). When I got there, the vehicle had already been sold and apparently the buyer had put a hold on it a few days before. This is shady business!!! More
