Nolan was proactive and upbeat this go. With our transmission going out at 139K miles and still owing 27K, we needed a miracle! Nelson Carrera in sales worked diligently to help us find the best solution for us in a newer used Ascent and Joe Jones worked to get us the best deal on extended warranty!
