Anthony Vaughan was very friendly, answered all my questions, and allowed me the time I needed to take two different vehicles out unencumbered to make my decision. Once I made my decision, Anthony was helpful in answering my final questions and then helping me get my trade-in unloaded and the new vehicle set-up. The next day I came back in he helped get my blue tooth phone set up. I would highly recommend Olathe Subaru and truly love the 2010 Tribeca I bought! More

I wanted to trade my Imprezza I had purchased a few months ago for a Legacy. My wife has a Legacy and it is a very comfortable car. I had seen the 4-door Jeep Wrangler online, have owned a 2-door previously, and knew exactly what I wanted. We walked into the dealership and were greeted immediately. During a Sunday visit to this dealership to "window shop" my 91 yr-old Dad's wallet insert was lost containing all his identification and insurance cards along with some other important things. Brian shop" my 91 yr-old Dad's wallet insert was lost containing all his identification and insurance cards along with some other important things. Brian Wicke, a salesmand at Olathe Subaru, called one of the insurance companies, who in turn called me so I could contact Brian at the dealership. This was the first I was aware that the insert was lost and might not have known it until we needed it in a crisis situation. In the meantime, someone in the office mailed the item to Dad's address on the expired driver's license. He had not lived at that location for nearly 6 years, so the forward had expired with the postal service. The PO assured me that the mail would be returned to the Olathe dealership and Brian and the office staff had what they needed to send it to me if it did get returned. It took a couple of weeks to make the rounds but the folks at Olathe Subaru did exactly as they promised and the documents are back to us. Their thoughtfulness and attention to our problem saved my husband and I from unimaginable amounts of time and effort to replace those things and we are so very thankful to them. The sad part of this story is that we came back to Topeka and ordered a 2012 Outback from our home dealership - which is also a fine business. This is our first Subaru, and if we like it as much as we think we will, we will get the next one at Olathe Subaru. More
