Sloppy Salesman couldn’t find cars, didn’t know what cars were in stock. Incorrect years on test drives. Endless delays. Car was dirty when I purchased it. A Salesman couldn’t find cars, didn’t know what cars were in stock. Incorrect years on test drives. Endless delays. Car was dirty when I purchased it. Agreed price was always changing. When I finally finished every thing he brought out the wrong keys and tried to explain that the valet key only opened the glove box before he checked the key numbers and went and exchanged for the proper keys to my car. Poor service but they were the only dealer in the area that had a stick crosstrek so I was stuck. More

It Takes a lot time to do regular service Everything was ok except it took almost 4 Hrs to do normal oil change and tire rotation. Basic service took over two hours Waiting area is nice with comfortable seating and good coffee. The wait time for the service was too long at over two hours for an oil change and tire Waiting area is nice with comfortable seating and good coffee. The wait time for the service was too long at over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. We have the service plan with our lease and the system still tried to charge me over $220. I handed my keys over for the service at 8:50 and go my car back at 11:35 and then had to clear up the invoicing issue. We will not be bringing back our Subaru unless the other dealer is just as bad. More
