Repeat customer. Showed up on a Sunday to trade in our old Outback for a new one. (We had a coupon in hand for a free Visa gift card if we test drove a new vehicle. Upon seeing this, one salesman actually fled from us!) We were eventually paired up with Adrian. He showed us the new Outbacks they had on the lot. My wife picked one out, and we drove it away a couple of hours later. It was a pleasure dealing with Adrian, we simply told him what we wanted, he helped us find it, and did not pressure us into purchasing anything else. I might add that we drove up from Homestead, bypassing two other Subaru dealers, to deal with Subaru of Pembroke Pines. And yes, we got that Visa gift card too. More

Regular maintenance visit. Pleased with everything until I drove away. Car is sputtering when starting from a stop, also shake when idle. This info center was not updated as part of the major servicing in August (34,000 miles, $977), so I asked for it to be filled in this time, and only the oil and filter info was added yesterday. Joe wrote out a request for the other info (wipers, etc) to be added, but it was not done. Totally apart from service, Sales Mgr Duane Massa sent me a form letter offering up to 110% of KBB to buy my 2015 Outback. I looked up the KBB value before visiting, then got an offer that was lower than 100%. I've been offered more elsewhere. I did not appreciate the low-ball. More
