Service The reason I ended up at the dealer was due to an air bag recall (FYI recalls are not done on weekends, which sucks). Nevertheless, since I was at the dealer I requested the tech to check my driver-side window (since it was not going down - stopped working ) and also check an odd noise the car was making. To me this is a new car, why are things breaking! The prices I was quoted to fix the bad window motor and odd noise (bearings) was outrageous!!! The motor for the window around $450 and the odd noise was that all 4 bearings when bad which was $1600 to get new bearings !!! It’s just crazy. Due to things breaking and prices I will never buy another Subaru!! I have a 2004 Nissan Xterra and everything works great. Not happy with prices, handling of safety recalls and the workmanship of the vehicle. More

Jaime Garcia and Steve Sutherton deliver top notch service. My 2015 Forester was towed into this dealership after hours as my clutch was totally gone. All repair parts were not in stock and i was given a expected complete date of 4 days and a cost quote. Steve sent me pictures so I could better understand the damage. Jaime and Steve worked their magic and a driver was sent to pick me up the next day as my car repair was complete!!3 days early and blow quoted cost. I only have superlative things to say about their service and great customer service. More

Unexpectedly awesome There are stories of how dealerships will rake you over the coals and nickel & dime you to death. Nothing could be further from the truth at Subaru of There are stories of how dealerships will rake you over the coals and nickel & dime you to death. Nothing could be further from the truth at Subaru of Pembroke Pines. I came in expecting a $100+ service visit for my oil change and left paying just under $10 for a replacement oil pan bolt and a free full synthetic oil change. A discount oil change place dented my oil pan and stripped the bolt leaving me with a potential $500 repair bill. The guys at Pines Subaru Service were able to get the bolt out without damaging the oil pan threads and saved me a huge budget threat. Thank you guys so much for your excellent service! More
