The overall experience was good. Tony was very helpful in getting us the car we wanted. One bad experience I had was one of your sales people yelling right in front of me at another salesperson. I finall getting us the car we wanted. One bad experience I had was one of your sales people yelling right in front of me at another salesperson. I finally asked him to stop and take his problem behind closed doors. The associate he was yelling was yelling at apologized , even though he did nothing wrong, as did Tony and several of your employees. The only apology I didn’t get was from the one doing the yelling.
