Knowing that I don't like to play games, Alec and I immediately conferred with Manager Audwin Lovinsky who knew I wanted to go straight to the best deal possible. Not only did Audwin beat another local dealership (Coconut Creek Subaru) by light years, but I ended up replacing my 2 current Subarus (15 month old 2018 Outback and a 3 month old 2019 Outback) with a better 2019 Outback for my wife and a 2019 Ascent for myself. And the price ..... my payments only went up $15 a month. Pinch me, did I just die and go to heaven? Thanks, as well, to Tony D'Argenzio who worked tirelessly to help expedite the two sales. Treatment was different after my free 24 months of service.. The service rep Steve was awesome, he went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about what happens now that my free 24 months of complimenta The service rep Steve was awesome, he went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about what happens now that my free 24 months of complimentary service are over, I had gone over the 24 months for the last service by a few weeks and he was still able to help me out to get the service covered by the warranty. The only things that I was unsatisfied with this time around were that I scheduled a recall fix for the Harman Kardon speakers as part of my service visit and they said they performed the fix but im still getting a message on my Subaru Starlink saying that I have to take my car in to fix the recall issue so I dont think they cleared the message in my cars system. The other thing that I was unsatisfied with was that normally when I bring in my car for service they give it a free complimentary car wash but this time around at the 24 month maintenance point they completely skipped the free car wash, not a good last impression once the free complimentary services are over if they want me to keep coming back for service to the dealership. More
