I took out a new lease on 9/6/2018 after meeting with sales manager Mr. Lovinsky where he asked Rudy Font to leave finance office and told me take out the vehicle and when your closer to a year come back, I will put you on the vehicle you wanted. credit wont matter as you established it with Chase and will keep you at lower payment. I took the managers word and trusted that I would make a good deal and have better option in the near future. I've recently was in communication with sales consultant to start looking at options and was told basically you owe too much on lease and we gave you discount. Really dissatisfied on how a manager, who is suppose to set an example was not honest. Subaru brand and this dealer has now lost a customer More

Service I came for oil change and tire rotation which was done. I also had an issue with CarPlay when I would be talking on phone and it would briefly go to r I came for oil change and tire rotation which was done. I also had an issue with CarPlay when I would be talking on phone and it would briefly go to radio and you couldn’t hear person on phone but then it would come back to phone. It has done this several times. Also had issues where I would plug phone in but it would not connect to car play the phone was on but when I would hit the subaru section for Bluetooth it would not accept it. Happened several times but no pattern for occurrences. They did an update but it didn’t seem to fix. Next day after service it did it 3 times. Like I said no pattern. It could happen one day and not the next. Not a consistent problem More

The Best Service Center - Extraordinary Service I scheduled a routine oil change service with Pembroke Pines Subaru Service Center. Immediately a service associate came up and start the preliminary I scheduled a routine oil change service with Pembroke Pines Subaru Service Center. Immediately a service associate came up and start the preliminary run down upon my arrival. Then Jaime Garcia, my Service Consultant, greeted me with welcome, reviewed my mileage and recommended necessary maintenance. The whole process took about an hour and a half, smoothly. Before I left, Jaime also professionally informed me that what parts will be a concern for my next routine, so it will not be a surprise when I come next time. All employee in this Service Center are nice, waiting area are clean and refreshment provided. Two Thumbs Up!! More
