Would also like to mention the kind valet who checked my car in whose name I did not get. She helped me to relink my phone to the car after the battery had been changed and it only took seconds! The process of signing the paperwork was fast and our finance advisor was very good. That day it looked like they were under staffed and it took over 2 hours after we had agreed to the deal to get access to the finance department. Over all my experience was good. I Love my car and would go back to make a new purchase. More

False advertising I received an email with an upgrade offer, I dealt with Sean who was fairly new to the company. He was nice and attentive while I waited for him he e I received an email with an upgrade offer, I dealt with Sean who was fairly new to the company. He was nice and attentive while I waited for him he even got me a water. I told him that I was only there for service but if they could do the deal that was offered in the email I would be willing to upgrade. He said he would do his best and that it seemed like a really good deal. I chose the color I wanted and car unfortunately they did not have the color but he said it was found at another dealership. After calling Chase whom I have my lease with he left and went to Finance and dealt with Rudy Font. They said that the figures they had and Chase did not agree therefore they could not help me. I found this frustrating and a waste of time. I dealt with a broker in the past and realize why. I do not know anyone that enjoys car shopping. If and when the dealer is ready to make good on their offer they can contact me. More
