Very responsive to each of my concerns Steve Ross surpassed my expectations of excellence in service and listening to my issues. I walked in expecting only an oil change and nothing more even though I had 3 other minor concerns with the car. Steve listened attentively and took care of each of these, taking the time to explain them to me and even educate me. For example, my car had a few nicks on the front and rear bumper. I asked for options to paint/protect so it the surface would not corrode. He patiently explained these bumpers were rubber and would not corrode. Patience is the key word here. He also recommended to wax the car every 6 months or so. Excellent information. I left with much more confidence in the service and felt it was absolutely worth the long drive there (I used to get oil change within 3 blocks of home; this dealership is 21 miles away!). More

Not very transparent I contacted the Salesman the day before about a specific car and made the appointment to see it. I called him to confirm that I was on my way from South Miami. When I arrived at the dealership the car was not ready. I asked if this car was a loaner and the salesman would deflect the answer. Long story short The car was advertised at 29k miles It had over 30K when I saw it. The car was dirty when I test drove and was still dirty when I bought it and has stained seat that I only noticed when I got to Miami The car was from a SMOKER. The closing went OK except none of the above were disclosed. More

Car's first checkup Had appointment for first service of my Outback. Spoke with Jaime Garcia before appointment he was extremely helpful giving me the estimated time veh Had appointment for first service of my Outback. When I arrived Jaime, went over everything with me also advising that they no longer had Nitrogen Tanks for the tires ( I had purchased the Nitrogen when I purchased the vehicle and was told they would make the change when I came in for service. I had some concerns about the Nitrogen as I was of the understanding that I would have go to a shop that had nitrogen if I had a problem, which I was not comfortable with, I also advised him that the plastic was not removed from the wheels and I could not get it off the rims, He contacted Patrick Hew, my sales person, who talked with finance Rudy Font, who is taking care of the paperwork to make the refund for the Nitrogen. Patrick took the car back to detail to clean the glue off of the wheels, they were unable to remove them but advised to come back and they will use a polisher to remove the glue at my convenience. Over all I was extremely impressed with the Service Dept. as I was with the Sales Department. I recommend Subaru of Pembroke Pines to everyone who is interested in purchasing a Subaru. More
