Mostly great. Ingrid was responsive and easy to work with. Jaime was efficient but he went so fast that he did paperwork for the wrong car. Hassle correcting this error requiring Ingrid to come to the house to redo the paperwork and took my time to correct things with my insurance company. Still do not have a temporary registration for the car with the correct VIN. Hope I don't get stopped and have to explain. More

Poor and inaccurate service Brought car to get remote lock fixed for the second time. Told there TPM light indicator was on after the fix and there was nothing they could do, when I get on the car, the TPM light indicator was actually off, what ?? Asked about tire replacement, no one got back to me on that. I surrender the vehicle for service at 10 am with appointment and was given back the vehicle at 3.30 pm, 5 hours for a module replacement. First, I was speaking with Julio via internet and made the appointment with him; he was GREAT! Then Tony D stepped in - extraordinary! We worked out the numbers on the Legacy Premium and Legacy but ended up buying the Sport. Tony knew I was not going to be happy with Premium. Again, EXTRAORDINARY!! Jaime had all the numbers with the different options for warranties ready for us to make an informed decision. After that, the paperwork and signing was super fast. Tony had the car ready and took the time to show me the options I needed to know. Thanks to everyone! More
